This role will be responsible for the following areas:
Finance: Working with Accounts Team on documenting payables and receivables, client billing and maintaining records in QuickBooks. Monthly financial reporting to company leadership to provide visibility into revenue forecast and actuals, general operating expenses and headcount-related expenses
Human Resources: New employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll management, creation and implementation of a performance evaluation system, organization of company culture initiatives including internal events/ celebrations and employee recognition
General office management: Maintaining supplies, inventory and office equipment; point of contact for all office and facility-related vendors (janitorial staff, security company, equipment and supply vendors); maintaining kitchen including ordering snacks/ coffee/ groceries as needed; keeping track of office keys and alarm codes
General reception and hospitality: Phones, reception, client hospitality/ catering, handling shipping/ delivery services & FedEx
