The Challenge

NTT Clouds, an end­-to­-end enterprise cloud platform solution, wanted to create a dynamic website to clearly and succinctly communicate their product’s benefits and funnel prospective customers to their services. Their existing marketing website and product dashboards were difficult to navigate, and did not provide useful information about NTT Clouds services as an integrated solution capable of servicing storage, development and maintenance. To better market their products, they also wanted to enhance the look and feel of the existing site. As a result, NTT released a request for proposals to find a resource that could deliver strategic recommendations to improve the marketing website and user experience of their cloud products.

The Solution

SocioFabrica performed a competitive analysis to understand strengths and weaknesses, evaluated key factors driving adoption and conversion in their audience segments and outlined areas for opportunity within the cloud enterprise space. These insights inspired a new value proposition that positioned NTT Clouds as an end-to-end enterprise cloud solution capable of servicing the entire lifecycle of data storage and migration, agile app development and operational management. After identifying the top points of contention for their audience, a messaging framework that highlighted each product’s benefit for potential customers was created.

Furthermore, SocioFabrica proposed a new user experience for both the marketing site and key instances of their products, like their dashboards. With clarity as the main goal, the marketing site was redesigned to showcase NTT’s cloud offerings with infographics that visually explained what pain points were addressed. SocioFabrica also proposed a revamp of their cloud applications interface, to create a cohesive experience with the look and feel established on the marketing site, in addition to streamlining their usability.

The Results

NTT Clouds applied the strategies in SocioFabrica’s proposal to their product dashboard and marketing website to help better position and market their solutions. The new value proposition juxtaposed NTT against market competitors and positioned their company and products as a comprehensive solution in enterprise cloud adoption. A more streamlined navigation supported copy and creative that quickly articulated NTT Clouds' suite of products and visualized how they addressed customer pain points.
