Sailing enthusiast and marketing veteran, Keyvan Hajiani, has been appointed to the San Francisco Bay Area Innovation Group’s (sfBIG) board of directors. “sfBig has been the backbone of the Bay Area’s advertising and technology community for more than 15 years. I’m honored to join the board to help advance their mission of community building, educational events, and industry outreach.”
Hajiani, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at SocioFabrica, a San Francisco-based creative agency, officially joined the board in April 2018. Former sfBIG president, Kelly Burke, said Hajiani’s appointment will help advance the organization’s thought leadership, culture, and community engagement.
“Keyvan is one of the most respected marketing executives in San Francisco who understands the role digital plays in business growth,” Burke said.
Hajiani co-founded SocioFabrica in 2011 after holding senior account roles at top advertising firms Questus, Grey, and Leagas Delaney. While there, he developed game-changing campaigns for Suzuki, Adidas, FX Networks, and Disney that attracted and delighted consumers and delivered high returns on investment.
Burke said Hajiani will bring expertise in the intersection of creative and technology to the board, along with insights into the marketing challenges Fortune 500 companies are facing, which has been a significant focus at SocioFabrica.
“Being able to draw on his experience and expertise ensures sfBIG is both future-focused and is helping its members solve the most important marketing challenges they face in the here and now.”
