Sylvia Vaquer

Sylvia inspires the creative team to use design to solve problems and make a positive impact on the world.  She has helped shape campaigns such as Starbucks, Target, Washington Mutual, Project (RED), Pepsi Co., Univision and more working at top branding firms Wolff Olins, Addis Creson and Interbrand.

Recently, she co-founded She Leads, a series of events and workshops to help further women in design careers. Sylvia’s ability to make the impossible happen is second only to her knack for knowing exactly when to kick off an office dance party.

Keyvan heads up accounts, operations, strategy, and client success. He takes the company culture and client satisfaction seriously and is committed to making sure the team has the tools necessary to rise to any occasion.  He’s accrued more than 20 years of marketing and accounts experience working with brands like StubHub, Ross, Suzuki, Yamaha, FX Networks, Disney and Adidas at agencies like Questus, Grey and Leagas Delaney.

Growing the agency and winning awards doesn’t stop Keyvan from donating his time and resources to teach kids to windsurf with his friends at BeyondBoardshorts.
