Integrating Tealeaf into IBM’s CXA
With these insights, we recommended how and where Overstat’s key features should be integrated.
We redesigned the User Interface (UI) so it would fit seamlessly into Tealeaf’s existing design language and brand colors. We also created a style guide to standardize and scale the UI’s implementation.
During the acquisition, IBM worked with SocioFabrica to rebrand and integrate Tealeaf’s UI into their Customer Experience Solution.
